Employment: 24 - 40 hours

Salary indication: €2,800 - €3,600 gross based on 40 hours

ABOUT THE POSITION

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this versatile role, you are responsible for the entire HR policy: from guiding new employees to supporting colleagues in their further development. You are closely involved in the recruitment and selection of new talent and ensure that our employees feel welcome and valued. In addition, you are the point of contact for questions about employment conditions, absenteeism and vitality, and you actively contribute to shaping a pleasant and productive working environment.

In addition to staff development and recruitment, you are also responsible for the administrative side of HR. Think of drawing up contracts, managing wages, and ensuring the correct implementation of primary and secondary employment conditions. Your advice and reporting are crucial to management, and with your involvement you ensure that everything runs smoothly within HR.

WHAT DO WE ASK?

  • At least a completed MBO+ education, preferably in HRM or a similar field;
  • Experience in a similar position;
  • Extensive knowledge of current legislation and regulations;
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Proactive attitude, accuracy and sense of responsibility;
  • Experience with MS Office, knowledge of HR systems is a plus.
