ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Payroll and HR administrative employee at A12 Personeelsdiensten, you ensure that our flexible colleagues are paid correctly and on time every week, and you support our HR team.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

You ensure that our flex colleagues are paid weekly. You collect, process, check and archive data for the payment of salaries. In doing so, you are aware of relevant legislation, the collective labor agreement and company regulations and you apply them. You continuously monitor the latest developments in legislation and regulations and apply them. You also answer questions from colleagues and clients about, for example, pay slips or invoices. In your role, you perform administrative tasks that are part of the process of inflow, throughput and outflow of our flex colleagues. In addition to the work focused on the hours and salary administration, you support colleagues with HR activities.

WHAT DO WE ASK?

  • A completed education at least at MBO+ level (for example HR or payroll administration);
  • Work experience in a similar position;
  • Good communication skills (oral and written);
  • Stress resistance, accuracy and a structured way of working;
  • A flexible and customer-oriented attitude;
  • Enjoy working together, a strong personality who actively thinks along and has empathy;
  • Experience with payroll software is a plus.
